Hire - Terms & Conditions 1. Hire times 1.1 Daily Hire. Normal hire period is 9:00am till 5:00pm. If we
are providing delivery we will agree convenient delivery/collection
times. Note - our offices are closed at weekends. 1.2 Weekly Hire. From 9:00am on the start date to be returned by
12:00 noon on the final day (unless this falls at a weekend when
collection will be by 12:00 noon on the following Monday). 1.3 Weekend Hire. From 9:00am on the Friday to be returned by 12:00 noon on the Monday. 1.4 Delivery. Delivery will be made as close to your requested time as possible but please allow some time either side of your preferred time to allow for any transport or traffic problems. Mannequins will be delivered to the ground floor reception or front entrance of the delivery address only. If the location is to any other part of the delivery address then you must ensure there is help to move the mannequins. 2. Payment. For all hire jobs payment is due in advance of delivery and can be made by cheque payable to Panache Display Ltd or by bank transfer. Mannequins will not be delivered if payment is not received. We do not accept credit or debit cards. 3. Packaging of Mannequins. Mannequins come in long bubble body bags with the opening of the bag at the head/ top of the mannequin. Inside this body bay there are two smaller bubble bags, which contain the mannequin arms. Glass bases come in a square cardboard sleeve with the metal spigot attached to this sleeve. For larger orders bases are normally packaged in sets of 5 and the spigots in a separate bag or box. Please ensure that mannequins are packaged up in the same way when ready for collection. Mannequins must be put into the body bags feet first with the opening at the head. Any damage to mannequins that are packed incorrectly will incur a charge. Please do not use any tape on the mannequins or mannequin bags. 4. Damage to mannequins. Any damage to mannequins is the responsibility of the customer. This includes marks on the mannequins that cannot be removed, therefore resulting in the mannequin needing a re-spray. And damage caused to the mannequin if they are not packaged correctly for collection. The following is a guide to charges that will be applied in the
